* Parish Funding Commitment for 2009 - Due by Dec. 15, 2008

* Notice of 2009 Vestry Election and Oath - Due by Jan. 9, 2009

* 2008 Necrology Form (for use at Council 2009) - Due by Jan. 9, 2009

* Report on 2009 Parish Officers - Due by Feb. 1, 2009

* Continuation Page for Report on 2009 Parish Officers - For use if the form above does not have enough spaces

* Changes to Report on 2009 Parish Officers - For use if changes occur after you have filed your report

* File Your Annual Parochial Report Online Due by March 1, 2009

* Certificate of Election of Delegates and Alternates to Council 2010 - Due by March 31, 2009

* Parish Audit Booklet (PDF) - Due by August 31 of each year

Failure to file some of these documents can cause your parish to be denied seat, voice, and vote at Council.
